Return's and Exchange's Policy

  • If you received damaged items, you must provide proof of damage before you open packages.
  • An online or in store credit can be applied
All last calls and sale items are final sale. No exceptions. 

Exchanges must be made within 15 business day (no exceptions)

  • Must have original tags attached to item.
  • Must not contain any odors (ex. perfume, smoke or any foul odors)
  • Must be unworn and unwashed.
  • You are responsible for shipping & handling for returning exchanged items (unless you received your order in a damaged/ unwearable condition ) 

Online/store credits are good 60 days from the initial purchased date. 

 Sizing & color does not form a basis for returns/exchanges.

No returns or exchanges on gemstones/ jewelry, worn shoes, accessories or unmentionables/ lingerie (no exceptions). 

Please allow up 3-5 days for you're placed order to arrive.

All orders placed are shipped out *priority mail*.  

If your order is placed during high volume shipping times, please expect delay's.

Due to the peak seasons like during the holiday's.

Take into consideration that orders are fulfilled Monday - Friday 10 am- 8pm & Saturday before 2 pm.

Unless an expedited order is placed for faster shipping. Your order will be sent out same day.
